Air Travel
You will book your own flight via Concur at the conclusion of the registration process.
What if I need to arrive a day earlier than what is on the agenda?
You may indicate your desired arrival date on your registration form. Please be aware that we have limited hotel room availability outside of the set travel dates. You will be responsible for making and paying for your hotel arrangements for any days that you travel to/from Houston outside of the set travel dates.
Ground Transportation
Transportation for all attendees flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport or William P. Hobby Airport will be provided to the Marriott Marquis Houston based on your confirmed travel schedule. You will receive a text message upon your arrival in Houston giving you the name and cell phone number of your driver. A representative from GHL will be stationed in the baggage claim area of the Houston airport holding an "Insperity InCompass" sign. The representative will escort you and your luggage to the shuttle bus or car.

Hotel
The Events team will manage your hotel booking for you based on the dates selected during registration. Please do not contact the hotel directly to book or modify your reservation.

Health & Safety Information
While creating an amazing experience for our guests is our passion, safety remains our top priority. InCompass 2022 will be a voluntary in-person event. Insperity will be following the current government regulations as set forth by Harris County and the State of Texas.Testing requirements will be not be in place. We encourage all employees to follow these best practices:
Wash and sanitize hands often during the event.
If you are not fully vaccinated, masks are encouraged.
Wear a face covering where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
We recognize that the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) could directly impact vaccine / testing requirements for the event. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to update employees as we have more information. If you have immediate questions, please reach out to your Corporate HR Employee Relations Advisor.
New Hire Questions
The Events team receives weekly new hire reports. If your new hire starts before Monday, Jan. 11, the Events team will reach out to the employee with a welcome email and registration instructions, as well as a link to the 2022 InCompass registration website. If your new hire is not scheduled to start until Monday, Jan. 11, or after, please email Events at events@insperity.com with the employee’s full name, email address and phone number.
Dietary/Physical Needs Questions
The Events team cares about the comfort of our attendees, which is why we take dietary restrictions seriously. During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to indicate your dietary restriction.
Once onsite, you will receive dietary cards to hand to the hotel servers at the Insperity dinners. The hotel will be unable to make changes to meal selections during the event. The breakfast and lunch buffets will indicate ingredients or, for example, “gluten free”.
We ask that a dietary restriction only be indicated if there is a medical or religious affiliation. “Carb-free” or “vegetarian for a week” are not considered restrictions.
Event Attire
For sessions during the week, business casual is recommended. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket, as rooms are often cold.
Awards Dinner
Attendance for the 2022 awards banquet is by invitation only. Invitees will have the option to confirm attendance during the registration process.
