fASIlitate
fASIlitate is an exclusive four-day hosted-buyer event for distributors who sell $1 million or more of promotional products each year. The unique format is designed to foster new relationships with high-level professionals using a combination of private, one-on-one meetings with four- and five-star suppliers and informal networking.
Distributors are eligible to attend once every two years at zero cost. fASIlitate will cover coach round-trip airfares, all accommodations, meals and drinks for the duration of the event.

Hotel Reimbursement
ASI Distributor/decorator members who stay at an official show hotel booked via our official vendor Connections Housing, are eligible to receive a room reimbursement for the first night of exhibits. Attendees are welcome to stay in any of our official show hotels. Reimbursement will be based on the show room rate of your hotel (fees and taxes are not included).
In order to qualify for reimbursement:
- Hotel arrangements must be made through Connections Housing, the official housing bureau of ASI Show.
- You must attend the exhibits on both days (July 24-25) and the Closing Celebration.
- Offer is one per company.
- Companies must be members in good standing at the time of the show in order to be eligible.
- Each company must have their own published ASI number or subscribe to ASI services to qualify for reimbursement.
To claim your reimbursement:
- Email your hotel bill including your address, ASI number, and any special instructions to asishowregistration@asicentral.com
- Only actual hotel bills will be accepted; credit card statements are not valid for this offer
- Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within30 days from the close of the show.
- Failure to include an ASI number may result in a delay in processing.
- Be sure to keep copies for your records.
