Computer rental, scanning, faxing and internet connectivity – available 24 hours / 7 days

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Signature is committed to your well-being.

Signature Travel Network continues to monitor the State of Nevada's regulations and is working closely with The Venetian Resort to ensure that our event complies with all government regulations and local health authority restrictions. The following outlines COVID-19 protocols and additional actions that have been implemented to comply with regulations/restrictions and to provide as safe an environment as possible at the Conference.

Masks required! The state of Nevada requires all individuals to wear face masks while in indoor public spaces, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. Conference attendees will be required to wear masks during all indoor functions except during the following instances:

Attendees when actively eating or drinking in conference spaces.
Speakers onstage for general sessions.
Presenters onstage for workshops.

Both venue staff and Signature staff are jointly responsible for monitoring face covering compliance and both are authorized to escort people out of the venue in the case of non-compliance.

The following items will be distributed at registration desks:

PPE Wellness Kit that includes a disposable mask, hand sanitizer and a “no touch tool with stylus” that helps you avoid touching shared screens and buttons.

Wristbands and stickers for name badges to assist attendees in communicating their comfort level of interaction with each other: 1) Green = Hug Me. 2) Red = Keep Your Distance.

The Venetian Resort has a team of certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), available 24 hours a day. All Team Members are directed to contact Security, so EMTs can respond to all medical events, including potential COVID-19 cases. If we are alerted to a suspected case of COVID-19 at the resort, we will direct the guest toward appropriate medical care through our EMTs, who follow the direction of local health authorities.

If you feel unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms during the event, contact the Security Department from a resort phone OR by calling (702) 414-1000 to report a non-emergency medical incident or request the operator connect you to the Security Department.

If you are experiencing an emergency that requires immediate medical attention, please call 911.

Attendees are advised not to attend the event if they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.

COVID-19 TESTING

ONSITE TESTING (Exclusively for Conference attendees)

Signature has enlisted the services of Athlete Advantage Medical to provide convenient on-site testing exclusively for Conference attendees.

BD Rapid Antigen: $75, results in 10 minutes.
Point of care Accula RT/PCE: $100, results in 30 minutes. Results accepted for all travel other than Hawaii.
Lab based RT/PCR through UMC: $130, results in 12-24 hours. Results applicable to Hawaii travel.
Lab based Saliva RT/PCR through American Specialty lab: $110, results in 12 hours

OTHER TESTING OPTIONS (The Venetian and Grand Canal Shoppes)

REVIV, Grand Canal Shoppes, Level 3 Palazzo Tower: The REVIV clinic offers COVID-19 PCR testing by appointment only. For more information call (702) 600-0521.

The Venetian Retail Shops: The resort is selling COVID-19 rapid antigen self-tests in retail shops. The Abbott BinaxNOW tests can be administered with a simple nasal swab in the comfort of your guest suite, providing results in 15 minutes. Package with two test per box, the BinaxNOW allows you to test twice within 3 days, with at least 36 hours between tests.

Walgreens, Grand Canal Shoppes, Level 1, Venetian Tower. Walgreens sells self-tests and offers onsite testing by appointment. For more information call (702) 369-8166.

TRANSPORTATION

Monorail

The Las Vegas Monorail is a state-of-the-art, automated, driverless rail system that runs above the streets along the east side of the Las Vegas Strip. The monorail stops at seven points on the Las Vegas Strip.

Cost: A single ride is $5, a day pass is $12, and they also have two to seven-day passes with prices that range from $22-$56. If you’re a Nevada local, you can buy a single ride for $1; restrictions apply depending on how many you want to buy.

The monorail is also a great option for anyone attending a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center. There are also free shuttle rides available at various off-the-Strip hotels.

The monorail does not run all night. After a certain hour, you will need to take a different form of transportation.

Monorail access at Harrah’s leads to the Las Vegas Convention Center and MGM.

Ride Share - Uber and Lyft

Cost: Varies depending on where you want to go. Uber will display price range. Lyft will not.

Use ride sharing when you’re off the Strip, not while at a hotel property or looking to come to the Strip. Always be aware of when surge pricing is in effect as you could end up paying $100 for a trip that could have cost $30-$50.

Taxis

More than 10 taxi companies provide service to and from the airport and locations throughout Las Vegas. Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Customers should notify the attendant if they plan to use a credit card for payment.

The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five, including infants and children.

Cost: Varies depending on traffic and time of year. Additionally, there is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport.

Taxis are great to use when you want to go from property to property, to and from the airport, or if you’re just trying to get back to your house after a night at the club. There are plenty of them throughout town, so you never have to worry about there not being enough drivers at a late hour.

As with Uber and Lyft, you cannot hail a taxi on the Strip. Just look for the taxi line sign, usually near valet. If you have any concerns with a taxi driver, you can call the Nevada Taxi Cab Authority at 702.668.4005 to report any issues.
